Privacy Policy

Last Updated: April 8, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Innolope LLC ("Innolope," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information about you when you use Emilytics, our analytics dashboard application that aggregates Google Analytics and Google Search Console data, including all web and mobile versions of the application and the MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration for AI-powered insights (collectively, the "App" or "Service").

We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described herein. If you do not agree with this Policy, you should not use the Service.

This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service, which govern your use of the Service and are incorporated into this Policy by reference.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in several ways when you interact with the Service. The types of information we collect depend on how you use Emilytics and which features you access.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you create an account, we collect the following personal information that you provide to us directly:

Account Information: Your full name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). This information is required to create and maintain your account, authenticate your identity, and communicate with you about the Service.

Profile Information: Any additional information you choose to add to your profile, such as a profile picture, company name, or job title.

Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, store, or have access to your complete payment card details (card numbers, expiration dates, or security codes). Stripe provides us with limited transaction information such as the payment amount, transaction identifier, last four digits of the card used, and billing address for tax and record-keeping purposes.

Communications: When you contact us for support, provide feedback, or communicate with us through any channel, we collect the content of those communications along with any contact information you provide.

2.2 Information Collected Through Google Integrations

When you connect your Google Analytics and/or Google Search Console accounts to Emilytics, we access and process the following data through Google's authorized APIs:

Google Analytics Data: Website traffic metrics, user behavior data, audience demographics, acquisition sources, page-level performance, conversion data, and other metrics available through the Google Analytics API for the properties you have connected.

Google Search Console Data: Search performance data including impressions, clicks, click-through rates, average position, keyword and query data, page-level search performance, device and country breakdowns, and index coverage information for the properties you have connected.

Google OAuth Tokens: When you authorize Emilytics to access your Google accounts, we receive and securely store OAuth 2.0 access tokens and refresh tokens. These tokens allow us to retrieve your analytics data on your behalf. We do not receive or store your Google account password.

We only access data from the specific Google Analytics and Search Console properties that you explicitly connect to Emilytics. We do not access data from properties you have not authorized. The data we retrieve is used solely to provide the Service to you and is not used for any other purpose.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information:

Device and Browser Information: Device type, operating system and version, browser type and version, screen resolution, and device identifiers.

Usage Data: Pages and features you access within the Service, time spent on different sections, actions you take (such as connecting properties, configuring dashboards, or generating reports), frequency and duration of your sessions, and interaction patterns.

Log Data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, error logs, and other diagnostic information generated when you interact with the Service.

Analytics Data: We use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to collect anonymized and aggregated usage data about how users interact with the Service. This data helps us understand usage patterns, identify popular features, detect and diagnose technical issues, and improve the overall user experience. Firebase Analytics may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect this information.

2.4 Information from MCP Integration and Claude Extension

Emilytics is available as an installable extension (plugin) within Anthropic's Claude platform. If you use the MCP integration or install the Emilytics Claude extension, we may log metadata about MCP connections including connection timestamps, types of queries made, and volume of data accessed. We do not store the content of conversations between you and AI assistants.

When you use the Emilytics extension within Claude, Anthropic processes interaction data in accordance with Anthropic's Privacy Policy. Innolope does not receive the content of your Claude conversations. The analytics data that Emilytics transmits to Claude through the MCP is subject to Anthropic's data handling practices once it enters Claude's environment, and we encourage you to review Anthropic's Privacy Policy at https://www.anthropic.com/privacy before using the Claude extension.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

3.1 Providing and Operating the Service

We use your information to create and manage your account, authenticate your identity and authorize access, retrieve and display your Google Analytics and Search Console data, provide dashboard functionality and analytics views, enable the MCP integration for AI-powered insights, process payments for paid subscriptions, synchronize your settings and preferences across devices, and provide customer support.

3.2 Improving the Service

We use aggregated and anonymized usage data to understand how users interact with the Service, identify areas for improvement, develop new features and capabilities, optimize performance and reliability, and fix bugs and resolve technical issues.

3.3 Communications

We use your email address to send you important account notifications (such as security alerts, password resets, and changes to our Terms or this Policy), respond to your support requests and inquiries, and send optional product updates and announcements (which you can opt out of at any time).

3.4 Security and Fraud Prevention

We use your information to protect the security and integrity of the Service, detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access, monitor for suspicious activity, and comply with legal obligations.

3.5 Legal Compliance

We may use your information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information or analytics data to third parties. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

4.1 Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service, including:

Google LLC (Firebase): We use Firebase for analytics, authentication, and infrastructure services. Firebase processes certain usage data and account information in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

Stripe, Inc.: Stripe processes payment transactions for paid subscriptions. Stripe receives payment information directly from you and processes it in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Hosting and Infrastructure Providers: We use cloud hosting providers to store and process data. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only process it as directed by us.

All third-party service providers are bound by contractual obligations to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information and to use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed to them.

4.2 MCP Integration Partners and Claude Extension

When you use the MCP integration or install the Emilytics Claude extension, your analytics data is made available to the AI assistant you connect to. Specifically, when using the Claude extension, your analytics data is transmitted to Anthropic's Claude platform and is handled in accordance with Anthropic's Privacy Policy. Innolope is responsible only for the data it transmits to the MCP — we are not responsible for how Anthropic or other AI providers store, process, or use that data within their platforms. We recommend reviewing Anthropic's Privacy Policy at https://www.anthropic.com/privacy and the privacy policy of any other AI service before connecting it to your Emilytics data.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes (such as a subpoena, court order, or government request), protect the rights, property, or safety of Innolope, our users, or the public, detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues, or enforce our Terms of Service.

4.4 Business Transfers

If Innolope is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information through the Service or by email.

4.5 With Your Consent

We may share your information with third parties when you have given us explicit consent to do so.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

5.1 Account Data

Your account information is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within thirty (30) days, though some data may remain in backup systems for up to ninety (90) days before being permanently removed.

5.2 Analytics Data Cache

Analytics data retrieved from Google Analytics and Google Search Console is cached temporarily to provide responsive dashboard performance. Cached data is refreshed periodically and older cached data is automatically purged. We do not maintain long-term storage of your Google analytics data beyond what is necessary for the Service's caching and performance functions.

5.3 OAuth Tokens

Google OAuth tokens are stored securely for as long as your Google accounts are connected to Emilytics. Tokens are deleted when you disconnect a Google property, revoke access through your Google Account settings, or delete your Emilytics account.

5.4 Payment Records

Transaction records for payments are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years as required for accounting and tax compliance purposes.

5.5 Aggregated Data

Aggregated and anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics, research, and Service improvement purposes.

6. Data Security

We take the security of your information seriously and implement a range of technical and organizational measures to protect it:

Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Sensitive data, including OAuth tokens and passwords, is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption algorithms.

Access Controls: Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel who require it to perform their job functions. We enforce the principle of least privilege and regularly review access permissions.

Authentication Security: Passwords are stored using strong, one-way hashing algorithms with unique salts. We support and encourage the use of strong, unique passwords.

Infrastructure Security: Our infrastructure is hosted on reputable cloud providers that maintain comprehensive security certifications and undergo regular third-party audits.

Monitoring and Incident Response: We monitor our systems for security threats and have incident response procedures in place to address any security breaches promptly.

Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. If we become aware of a security breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable laws, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:

7.1 Access and Portability

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. You can access most of your account information directly through your account settings.

Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal information in accordance with the retention periods described in Section 5.

7.4 Google Data Revocation

You can revoke Emilytics's access to your Google Analytics and Search Console data at any time by disconnecting properties within the Emilytics app or by revoking access through your Google Account permissions settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Upon revocation, we will delete the stored OAuth tokens and any cached analytics data for those properties.

7.5 Communication Preferences

You can opt out of non-essential communications (such as product updates and marketing emails) by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or through your account notification settings. You will continue to receive essential account notifications (such as security alerts and changes to our Terms or Policy) regardless of your communication preferences.

7.6 Cookies and Tracking

Most web browsers allow you to manage cookie preferences through browser settings. You can choose to disable cookies, though this may affect the functionality of the Service. For Firebase Analytics, you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

7.7 California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to request deletion of your personal information, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (though we do not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

To exercise your CCPA rights, please contact us at [email protected].

7.8 European Privacy Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or equivalent legislation, including the right to object to processing of your personal information, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Our legal basis for processing your personal information includes the performance of a contract (providing the Service), your consent (where applicable), our legitimate interests (such as improving the Service and ensuring security), and compliance with legal obligations.

To exercise your rights under GDPR, please contact us at [email protected].

8. International Data Transfers

If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and possibly other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your country of residence.

By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other countries as described in this Policy. Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen without appropriate parental consent as required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws in other jurisdictions.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of thirteen has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at [email protected], and we will take steps to delete such information from our systems.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect usage information, maintain your session and authentication state, remember your preferences and settings, analyze how users interact with the Service, and improve the user experience.

Essential Cookies: These are necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled. They include authentication cookies and session management cookies.

Analytics Cookies: These are used by Firebase Analytics to collect aggregated usage data. You can opt out of these cookies through your browser settings or by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies for targeted advertising purposes.

11. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. This Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Service, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy and notify you through the App or by email at least fifteen (15) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Policy, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.

We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about our privacy practices.
